yes it suerly effecs..There is omthing called active smoking and somthing called passive smoking...active smoker is the one who is having the ciggerate in his mouthe...this person is having a filter inhis mouth so less effected...while who is inheling without smoking has no filter is more effected ...i object if someone is smoking around me...

Yes, second hand smoke is a very deadly and horrible thing to spread to others. People should always ask permission before they smoke in front of non-smokers. I smoked for awhile, but I feel I was very respectful about it, always asking if we were eating if it was ok and waiting for the other people to finish. Also, smoke on the clothing can be dangerous to babies and can cause a breathing disorder, RSV, which can be deadly. Smoking around babies should not be allowed and people should be totally respectful of babies when smoking.
