which type of tea you want?

I also drink loads of Green Tea. The natural caffeine doesn't oxidize your cells like artificial caffeine. Green tea's anti-oxidants are awesome for living longer. Just try not to sweeten it with sugar...try Splenda or honey.

well...to think about tea, it is something we indians truly enjoy. It is one of those things which gives us the energy and confidence to start a day afresh. coming from the land of assam, i have been surrounded by tea gardens and tea since my childhood. having tasted a variety of tea, the best tea i have come in terms with is the black tea. i think its the tea which is most popular in india.

The green tea is the best.

Raspberry! A wee bit of honey, and I am in heaven! My mom used to drink some orange spice tea when I was little, I have never found any quite as good as that.
