parent don't take care of their children

Parents of take care of their children.They are often playing outside of their house and they went far from their house with hteir friends.I am going to tell you an incident.One day i am in the hospital with my freind.I saw their a child of age 5 to 6 years.He was raped by a boy and he is in a very critical condition.On asking to his father we come to know that he go outside to play and a boy of age 18 years kidnapped him and raped him.This child is bleeding badly.So i want your opinion about the child care.

A child girl or should be given a good enviornment n parents should teach them since childhood how to do n wat to do , but in a positive way.not by imposing restriction.As much it is necessary for girls to understand, same is for boys.It should b taught to boys how to behave with girls n a proper education.
Parents cant do anything than this.

well parent s must obey children when they outside at home, it's o ignore it as long as at home area..care is one hard job for parents

I think there are so many people who think their children will be safe in their own yard. The sad fact is, it isn't like it used to be. We used to be able to play outside for hours without having our parents check on us but we can't do that anymore with all those crazies.
That is so terrible to here about that poor little boy. That 18 year old needs punished. I cannot believe that people do that to children :(
