I absolutely ADORE smoothies. I just love drinking them, but I don't drink them too often =/
Does anyone know any recipes? It doesn't matter what kind of fruit.

I make smoothies all the time. I use fresh fruit in a blender' berried, apples, pears, mangos, etc. lots of ice,a little water and a few drops of vanella. If you don't have fresh strawberries you can use strawberry jam. I think you mean fruit smoothies..I never add milk to fuit is does nto miz well in your stomach. Some people liek yogurt or milk not me.
Enjoy..
