JaneRoth I am on my 6 day of the diet.It is a 7 Day Diet. I enjoy the soup a lot I use fresh herbs and hot sauce. I lost 7 pounds so far. This is the 2nd time I have done this diet it it easy to do all you need is willpower. The diet does not include much protein...

JaneRoth I use progestrone cream for hot flashes it help. I am a healt nut and do a lot of research. I will not take horse estrogen from doctors..no way..Good Luck Nutural Progestrone cream is made from wild yam..you can eat yams too. I like things tha are natural....
