Say you are at home and get some water. Do you use a cup, glass or mug. What are your reasons for this. I mostly use mugs because they are easy to hold. Sometimes, when I go into my backyard or upstairs, I carry I sports plastic drinking bottle around filled with water (you know, the ones like powerade, gatorade, sports drinks/juice bottles in general). Is it good for me to recycle the same bottle over and over again? How often should I chuck them out. Some bottles say they are only good for first time use.

I drink water using a glass but most of the time I do what you do. I put it in a bottle and carry it around, but I change them after a day or two. Right now I have with me a bottle of, what used to be, Gatorade and its filled with water.

i usually get a glass and pour water in from our water dispenser at home. i just fill the glass atleast 1/3 of the water then i add in hot water to fill it. i love it lukewarm. when out, i love it in a bottle. but just like you, i do recycle them until they look ugly and torn. i do believe in recycling!

i drink it with a cup. my mom saves those large or x-large cups from jack in the box, and if im really am thirsty i drink from the cup when the other glass cups are in the dish washer. if im not that thirsty but want water, then i wait til the glass cups are out of the dish washer. i put ice on the water whether the day is hot or freezing, when im really thirsty as well.

According to a study done about human body it's said that we have more liquid in our bodies,so to retain that liquid we are suppose to drink at least 2 litre of water everyday.. As for how u drink it, you can choose yr self but using bottles is the best way and yes a clean tall glass of cool water goes down smoothly and taste better than any thing..

This week my goal has been to drink more water and it is not easy for me. I normally don't drink any. I am now up to 33 ounces a day and very proud of myself for that. I have been doing something to trick my mind. lol I measure out 9 ounces of water and then pour it into this huge glass. The glass is so big that it doesn't look like there is much water in there. Easier to drink when you break it into smaller quantities.

Basically, I drink from the bottle directly or pour the water on the glass. It's either of the two. My water is in bottles like gatorade, mineral waters. I am reusing them like you do. I don't know if it's dangerous or on what extent should I reuse my bottles. So anyways, after I grab my bottle or glass I just drink the water like all other normal people will do.

As for me, i have this huge tumbler i often use for drinking water since tumblers hold that much and i really need to chug in much! I received an e-mail saying that it's not good to recycle plastic bottles, but glass ones may do.

i drink often water - i buy bottle one at store with CO2 (fizzy one ;P) and i keep like 2 bottles open - one in the kitchen and second one near the computer since i always get thirsty when i sit and do some stuff on the computer ( or maybe i spend so much time in front of computer that i start to think thirsty ;P) but i prefer to drink it straight from the bottle with no cups.

this is a strange discussion but unbelievely relevant, every body has to drink and eat so its a subjet that everybody can relate to, I drink water out of a glass, just because I thinks its classy, I hate power drinks and have only stopped drinking coke recently. does that answer your question?

The best way to drink water is cold! It doesn't matter the vessel used for drinking, but we always keep a container of water in the fridge so that when you are thirsty it is ready and cold for you! Drinking cold water also helps burn extra calories because your body has to heat up again, which uses calories.

I've been using the same mineral water bottle for months, it's aleways with me wherever I go and I've got into the habit of sipping from it all day long so I refill it more times than i care to count! good for hydrating the body!

when i'm at home i drink water in a glass but sometimes in a mug...i don't drink water especially when its on a plastic bottle because medical experts say that it might cause you a cancer so we better to be careful nowadays...you can only use the plastic bottle atleast once...
