We always used to have "snacks of the world" on Friday evenings but now we have home-made sushi every Friday evening. The more wasabi the better! We've also started trying to visit sushi restaurants wherever we travel in the world and last summer went to ones in Yerevan in Armenia, Sofia in Bulgaria and In Chisinau in Moldova. Its really interesting to see what ingredients they can get in different countries. If I only had to eat sushi for the rerst of my days it would suit me!

The rice is good too. So is the soy sauce. Light on the wasabi makes the fish taste better.
