I cried a lot last night thinking of what the future will be for my family now that the only parent we have has this disease. Its so heartbreaking to see her like that, she was once so strong..now she cant even walk alone.Im totally unfamiliar of this disease at first but when we went to see a doctor and was referred to a neurologist, things were not the same. Reading materials did not help either, the situation just depresses me.

I am so sorry about you mother!!!! It is horrible, I know, a member of my family suffers from the same disease too, and it really is heartbreaking. I just suffer of the idea that these people have go losing their strengh, their control over their body and finally depend completely on other people, while their mind is sound and safe, so they just get more and more depressed of their situations.
I feel really sorry about your mom, as well about for my family and for all the people that suffer from such diseases

Thank you Eiloin. I wish there is a support group here in our place but as of this time there isn't any.
Let's be thankful, at least their mind is not affected. It will be more depressing if that happens.
I just trust God, everything happens with a purpose.

im sorry to hear that mizrak. Im a registered PT but not practicing my profession as of now. As far as i know PD (parkinson's) is a degenerative disease. But whatever happens stay strong. Your mother needs strenght let one of those come from you =)

I`m so sorry that your Mom has parkinsons disease. hugs to you. I know it`s hard to see your Mom like this but being there for her will really mean alot to her. I know I took it very hard when my Mom had a brain tumor. hugs to you.

I feel sad for you girl..I know it's not that easy to see your mother became ill.. But you can do as a daughter is that give all your support to your mother because a mother is always there for us, but now, she's the one who needs your support and care, so, give it to her. Prayers will do. Talk to God, and say a little prayer for your mom. Dont be depress, and dont allow your self to feel that way..God Bless..
