i don't think so. being virgin at that age. that person must have a reason. might be the career or family matters that just cannot simply set aside to prioritize ones personal life. it depends on the situations that person has dwelled in. being single or virgin doesn't imply that person never had a relationship with someone. its really up to that person and with the decisions he has made with his life.
