I am bored what can i do to uplift my spirit?

I don't feel like doing anything except sleep. Am i depressed or is my life boring. I am a married woman with a lovely hyper active child.

hmm what are some of the other things you feel?
Do you feel sad, does playing with you chid sitll bring you joy and happiness?
The best thing I can say is if you are wondering about this talk to your doctor, he/she can give you the best answer.
