Its so hot here at the moment and the forecast is for it to continue for a few days - The house gets so hot and sleep is just about impossible at night.
Any advice on how to keep cool?
If it gets too hot at night I keep a spray bottle filled with water and give myself a light spray, cools you right down and you can manage to get to sleep. hope it helps
Well I tried that last night - it did work although I did wake up a few times and just sprayed again. So yes it did help thank you:) It was a horror night - didn't get below 27C. Hope Adelaide is cooler today!
