Yes i like exercising. and i also do exercise but light.
I think Yoga is also good for health and mental.
Pranayam is good for our lungs.

Well not really cause i work from 10 am to 7:30 pm and by the time i get home it will be 9:00 pm then go home help my wife in cooking Dinner and eat sit for some time talk and get up early in the moring and do some house work and get ready and get my butt to work... ahhh but some time i wish i can work out a bit

I have learned to "like" exercising because it is the only way to boost up weight loss and to keep weight off. Plus it has been proven to be healthy. I try to do 30-45 minutes on my treadmill every day- I usually make it 5-6 days/week. I am going to join a gym next week for resistance workout (light weights), mainly because my new health insurance pays for it and I want to utilize the benefit. i hope that I will learn to enjoy that, also. I'll do the treadmill in the morning and stop at the gym on the way home from work.
What type of exercise do you do for 2 hours a day? That's a long time!

yes I do exercise daily .. ah .. not daily .. 3-4 days a week .. for 15-20 minutes .. I like to do work out .. I don't agree with the person above saying that just by dieting you can remain healthy !! .. I like to build up muscles .. and for that you need to do the workout !! .. Just by dieting you can just remain normal .. but by workout .. you can build muscles !!

honestly, i don't. with my time fully occupied with things to do in school and at home, i hardly have time to enjoy or rest. but i would really love to exercise if i had the time. before, i used to jog around the neighborhood. i prefer jogging at night since i don't get tired easily because of the cool air.

i do prayanam in the morning, along with that a little warming up exercises like on the spot running, push ups., etc.
also since i'm living away from my home.. I take special care on my diet. I avoid to take junk food, especially in the night.

wow! 2 hours daily exercising? that is really something! I cannot do that you know. I exercise probably about twice or three times a week and usually I play badminton as my exersice or running around the park. That is very tiring as running around the park takes 4 km.
