I get that way sometimes. Alot of mine is due to stress. I feel a relief when I cry. But of course the next day I dont feel so good. I used to do this alot and was diagnosed with depression. I took some meds for it for awhile and I then felt on track again. I also get that way when its that time of the month. If it doesnt pass or is quite often maybe you should check with your doctor.

AWWWW.... Sometimes if its that time of the month your hormones make you more sensitive but if it happens more often than that maybe go have a chat to your doctor. I was like that for months and i felt like i was going mental because i knew i had nothing to be sad about, i had a great job, great fiance and everything was fine. I went to the doctor and he told me i had depression. Maybe worth a look. :)

Do you have any other symptoms? Have you considered a natural hormone balancing cream?

I do not cry without a reason. Whenever I read a novel which has some touching narration about family/person in distress, some one who is really helpless, I get tears in the eyes, feeling for the others.
Secondly, when I am very happy also, I get tears.

Having yout tubes tied or removed..doen't prevent PMS..only if your ovaries were removed, then you will hit early menopuase...which could also make you cry...talk to your doctor..make sure you don't have a dpression building up...better to treat it before it gets so serious.. you can also check. www.webmd.com

You could be very happy to be pregnant it is just the hormones that change when you are pregnant that makes you want to cry. If someone says something that is funny but you don't think it is you could cry for that reason and others would think it is for no reason at all!

Yes, I do. I think it may be good sometimes for a person to cry and let out their feelings. I think we as women go through this more than men because we are more emotional and take on too many things at one time. Maybe we just get too overwhelmed sometimes.

I feel crying when I am sad. But usually when I see a emotional scene in TV or movie I start crying. I always try to control but I am not able to.

I don't really think it's healthy to try and keep it in, emotionally there's alot of strain trying to hold back.

Yes, a lot. I have mild episodes of depression. I have to have a good cry every once in a while to make me feel better.

aww i'm sorry to hear that. yes, I have felt like crying for no reason especially around that time of the month. Sometimes when I feel like that I just cry and it helps me. Or i try and watch a funny movie and that helps too. I hope you feel better soon.
