Want a better eyesight

I have problems with my eyes...I have had glasses about 10 years and my eyesight just becomes worse and worse. Do you have any idea what i can do to see well without glasses
by the way I love to read books and sit at the computer. I know that it is not good for my eyes but I just can't stop.

I have also similar problems, I think the best advice I can give is to be alot outside, or you can when you for example read a book or are sitting at the computer, you will look out ( through the window) it is good for the eyes to look at something which is far.

reading books and sitting at the computer for long hours had nothing to do with your eye grade. your eyes will only get tired of course but it will not affect your eye grade. contact lens will be fine but make sure to wear for only 10hrs a day, and 6 days a week. u can also have a eye laser or LASIK but of course u have to consult a doctor 1st.

what! are you sure that reading and sitting at the computer had nothing to do with my eye grade? where did you hear that? everyone knows that it affects?
