I have problems with my eyes...I have had glasses about 10 years and my eyesight just becomes worse and worse. Do you have any idea what i can do to see well without glasses by the way I love to read books and sit at the...

feras4592 what! are you sure that reading and sitting at the computer had nothing to do with my eye grade? where did you hear that? everyone knows that it affects?

how often you go to swimm?

i go rarely to the swimming pool, mostly because it gets really crowded by the time i get there and you can not swimm unless you stop on every meter to cross others. is that crowded over there too? how often are you going? why?

feras4592 on Summer I go almsot everyday...but now on winter I don't often go the swimming pool...I would like to go because it is good for the human body to move and be active.... but I just don't have time or don't feel like it ...

feras4592 I think that both are good but when I listen to something (let's say someone who reads a book)after a time I feel like I want to sleep..... i prefer reading but I sometimes have some problems with my eyes so I can't read but listen
