hi,
i think that body piercing is an artistic way of presenting one self. it is a reflection of your thoughts and your life. it gives you style and grace and confidence.
you should not do it just because you see that someone with a body piercing looks fabulous. so you should go at it if and only if you are sure of what you are doing.

the art of body piercing is present in all cultures from the ancient times. till now it is practiced in india as the customary piercing of the ears and sometimes the nose and inserting metallic ornaments into them. but still when it is done in modern times some people have appreciations about them and others have their own apprehensions.

i think body piercings are cool. i myself have 2 peircings in each ear. it's really not that painful if you ask me. i am amazed with people who are able to handle more than 5 piercings in their body. but i don't think it's cool to have piercings on their private parts. i dunno..no offense with those who have it, i just think its awkward.
