Manage other people

I work in tourism industry and i have a few staff, but one of them is very hard to deligate some work, he's older than me about 11 years. Anyone help me how to manage old people?

just respect watever they say they 'll be happy in that only nd after sometimes..u'll find a change in his attitude 2wards u..believe me....

Old is always a relative term. I'm 52 my Sweetie is 10 years younger than me. Neither of us think we're "old". But I can see how a 25yr might think us old. To my 84 yo Dad I'm still a kid.
I don't know know how old you are so I can't calculate how old he is. Other things may also come into play. What else can you tell me about him/
