I work in tourism industry and i have a few staff, but one of them is very hard to deligate some work, he's older than me about 11 years. Anyone help me how to manage old people?

BklynPeach42 The first thing I would do is ask the 3 richest people I know for their accountants' and tax attorneys' phone numbers so I could have guidence on the best way to keep most of it from the IRS.
