How do u minimise sleep?

well guys i am open o say that i sleep a lot...... could u fellows help me by suggesting me some ways to reduce this problem?

do you mean you over sleep at night, or you sleep too much during the day?? I fall asleep lots during the day, and if I feel myself about to go, I set an alarm on my phone for 45 mins later to wake me up! Excessive sleep could also be a symptom of some medical problems, so if its really getting in the way you could see your doc.

Me too going through the same problem. Specially in the morning I awake up late. I can't help it.

I think it all really depends. If you're the type of person that has no trouble falling asleep then short naps (30-45 minutes) preferably in the afternoon would be the way to go.
