Is it okay to use shampoo on your hair everyday? I've heard many comments on how too much shampoo can damage your hair. Is it alright to use shampoo every other day only?

amandamoo I wash my hair everyday and it's in fine condition. I think it's better to use a mild shampoo, or a shampoo that is designed for everyday / frequent use. If your hair is quite sensitive, a baby shampoo might be best :) xxx

amandamoo oh dear :( have you tried pressing ctr + alt + del to see if there's a dodgy program or anything running? also, perhaps you could try a good pop-up-blocker to see if it helps?? not very good at computers, sorry!! xxx

amandamoo I use a normal cordless qwerty keyboard... I don't think it's an anti RSI keyboard, and it had a warning on the back about RSI... I do have a gel pad that sits just underneath my keyboard though for resting your wrist on :) xx

amandamoo I always cry at this movie!! I first saw it when I was quite small and I still love it! Although it is quite long... and pretty much half of the movie is just the same type of images after the ice berg hit and stuff. But still :) it's a good movie to snuggle...

amandamoo There used to be a programme on in the UK called "Bernards Watch" and it was about this guy who had a pocket watch that he could stop and fast forward and turn back, etc. What a great idea!! I'd love to be able to mess with time, I'd get so much more done......
