Just too easy to suggest this, the money has to come from somewhere, Without the money being resourced you will get rampant inflation, this is what happened in Germany in the 1920's where the money was devalued every day, with cost of buying goods increasing much faster than wages. Everything has to be in balance, just printing more money will destroy that balance.

if this is what the government will just do, print out more money to give to the poor, money will be meaningless already. we don't need anymore to go to school and get a job later since it's useless. afterall, we can just get money for free. so, it's better if we work hard for our money.

As much of a good idea this sounds, it really is a bad idea. It will hurt the economy a lot.
Inflation will drive the value of money down, which will then increase the price of an item.
Not a good idea.

Money is a Legal tender for all debts public or private,
answerable by the treasury with its reserves.
