Do you have an extra set of car keys and if you do where do you keep them?

I have an extra set of car keys and house keys in a zipped area of my purse (I never get out of the car without my purse, so I feel that this is safe for me). My parents also have keys for my house and my car, and they are always available if I do something stupid. Knock on wood- I have never in my life locked myself out of the house or locked my keys in the car, and I have never lost my keys.

Why do you ask that? Do you want to come and steal my car ? :)

i have an extra set of car keys and it is hung by my front door. i also have an extra house key hiding somewhere outside of my house...i ain't gonna tell you where because i don't want you sneaking into my home...hehehe

I do have an extra set of my car key. We also have one for our house, which is outside under one of our steps that can be lifted up without too much work. I can scared that I will lock myself out, because I have and my wife has done the same thing. With two small children, there can be a lot of confusion when you are leaving a house, and I have had to climb in through a window before we decided to leave a key outside :D

I think that a seperate set of keys can and will always come in handy. Accidents do happen and having an extra set elsewhere can save you a huge headache not to mention time!

I keep an extra car key in my purse. I keep an extra house key in a magnetic key holder attached to one of the posts on my patio pavilion.
