computers! lol We won't be here if it were not for bill gates, oh! is that right?

I will have to say electricity. I can't imagine sitting in this house without heat and air conditioning from my heatpump, without electricity to plug this computer into, without electricity to watch my favorite TV shows, without electricity to run my microwave or stove or regrigerator. Without electricity to run the hot water heater...I'd have to have a cold shower! I really wouldn't want to live with placing my perishables into a cold creek, reading by candlelight, and staying warm with only blankets!

I'd have to say television. I think television is more responsible for ending racism than anything else. People are afraid of what they have no experience with. Television brought blacks and hispanics into our living room and I watched my father go from being a major racist to laughing at himself watching Archie Bunker. In this decade it will probably do a lot to erase homophobia. But the fact that it is being broadcast to all of the nations of the world helps people in other countries realize that we are not the great Satan that we are made out to be. Our lifestyle may be a bit decadent to their standards but they want to watch. After Sadam was gone satellite dishes went up everywhere in Iraq they could be afforded. Little children from across the world can now learn tolerance for people of different colors and religions from watching Sesame Street.

i think the greatest invention of man is electricity,because without electricity most of the other inventions are of no use.

It's difficult to decide which is the most, but one of the important ones is Flemming who found Pennicillin. It had saved & still saves many lifes

well as far as i concern is internet!is not that good for healt butt is amazing what is the internet!don`t you think?

I still think that it is the wheel which kept everything rolling ( pun intended ). If you look at almost all of the things which affect our lives, you will find a wheel in one form or another. From clock to computers, all of these have one form of wheel or another.
