Did you ever have a chance to date your high school crush?

I know I did. His name was Chris. I was crushing on him ever since junior high. Neither of us had dated for the jr high prom so we decided to go dutch and we had a great time. When we got to high school I was still crushing on him. Finally in our Sophmore year I attended a school dance that originally I didnt want to go to, but my mother convinced me to go. Well to be honest I am glad I did.
Chris asked me to dance during Bryan Adams "Everything I do, I do it for you" and during the dance he kissed me. Well I just melted. After the kiss he asked me to be his girlfriend and I couldent wait to say yes. We dated for about 6months and then split up.
how about you? did you get to date your crush? was it what you expected? better or worse?

i did, but it was years and years later.
She came looking for me and we started dating, she always seemed to be hanging about outside the place i used to work. However fantasy and reality are very different and it turned out to be a total disaster. We would have been better leaving it as un unrequited crush

not only did I get to date my crush, but after 7 years of being out of high school, I am still with him...it was what I expected..we were friends for a long time and I already knew the type of person he is..the thing is, I got to see him in a new way..I knew how he was as a guy and as a friend..but as a boyfriend, he was totally different...

Yes. And while it led me to be broken hearted a couple times, I don't regret it at all. The experience taught me a lot.

Unfortunately this is never happend to me :(
We where kind of a good friends but he have never felt anything for me..
It was really sad because I reallly wanted him.. He was really a cool, smart and nice person...
I really felt bad with myself :(

i have a crush in high school that i admire her for three years.. call me coward but i dont have the brave to get near her.. i dod not even told her that im crushing her. but she know it that i like her.. after three years of admiring her beauty, i just learned one day that she got a boyfrend.. tell you what, it really hurts! and it hurts so bad.. i did not even have the chance of dating her.. i got only the courage to tell her she was my crush after 2 more years.. untiul now she is still my crush [but that remained as admiration only] and til now, i haven't got a chance to date her..^^

I never did get a chance to date my high school crush. I had a few crushes, but one sticks out in my mind and I was after for him almost all of high school, LOL. Well actually he did give me the time of day for about 2 weeks, but I found out it was only because he knew I liked him for some long and I think he planned on breaking my heart just to get me to stop liking him. Well, it worked for the most part, then after the fact I just kept my feelings secret. He ended up getting another girlfriend in another town the same time I was with him, I found out from his friend, who I am still friends with today! Crazy that I had such feelings for him....LOL

I never dated my high school crushes. I was quite a wallflower in school. The guys that I had a crush on were mainly in the upper grades. They graduated and poof, never to be seen again.

I had a middle school crush, not a high scchool crush. We dated through the whole 8th grade. It was fun and everything was great until we went to different high schools and ended two months later. He was the one who taught me how to kiss, frensh kiss. I missed him so much and I'll never forget him. He looked just like Tom Crusie too.

Nope...I had a lot of crushes(and very few dates) in high school. I'd have to say my high school crush was this beautiful punk/skater boy named Rob Wernette. He had spiky bleach blonde hair and liked the Misfits(I know because he had the band logo in his locker. He was a sensitive punk, though. He took sewing and art class at our high school. He was on the basketball team and did some sort of stunt where he skateboarded to the hoop and made a basket. Ha, ha, ha, those were the days. I bet he never noticed me at all!
