I want to get some weight !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi friends i m 21 years old boy.My height is 5' 8'' N my weight is 59kg that means i m underweight. I dont want to use some medicines or food supliments. Please tell me what should i do. I cant join a jym coz i dont have enough time.

As I am 18 years old and my height is 6'2" and my weight is 95 ( hahaha ). I give you advice that use a think that contain more milk. and you have to go gum to be fit ever. also take some advice from doctor in this manner. take care

i think it effective to eat rice every 4 hours and after you rest for a while take a deep sleep at noon and then try to jog every morning. one of my friend go to gym to take more exersice and i've read in a mag that drinking carrot shake will make you gain muscle and protein and will make your stamina stable. try that

Some years ago I used a product called "Body Bulk" I got it from the healthfood shop, it is a powder you mix with milk, I used to add bananas and malt to it because I was so desperate to put on weight, it is the only thing that worked for me, I hope you get what you want.

thanks dear for ur suggestion. But as i said earlier i dont want to go for food supliments. Coz i think they have some side effects. As you have used a food suppliment please tell me in detail hw it has improved ur health. And have u got any side effect from that. Once again thanks dear.

No I didn't have any side affects, I think there are different types of food suppliments, the ones that sports people take and the ones you can get at the healthfood shops I think they contain different things, but I had no side affects what so ever.. god luck in your quest anyway...cheers :)

Thaks dear for the advice but i m playing games right from my childhood. I m a badminton player and also an athlete. And i have also tried gym for three months but i m the same :) No change.

just eat a lot more rice than anything in your plate.. eating carbohydrates makes you gain weight, or so, the people tell me here.. im not heavy too, and im smaller than you are.. that is why, i can almost memorize the words that the people around me always advise me to do--eat more rice..

honestly supliments are the easiest thing to do. Creatine is the best one to do. you will bulk up safely

Hey Mr. Amit.. i think ur condition is a bit critical... cause u seem to be busy in office the whole day.. and specially the place u work .. u dont get any nutritious food.. the the only option left out for you is try walking all the way to ur place from ur office.. this will increase ur apitite and will keep u fit too.... what i feel is this is the right time u start putting on ur weight. cause if not then never.. u have whole of ur life to work and earn.. so spend some time exercising and eating...
