My neopet recently contracted ugga ugga. A horrid disease that gave him a sore throat. :(
Beware the rotten omlette my friends.
How to treat ugga ugga, the fairy at Healing Springs will eventually heal him, the cure is very expensive and very difficult to find.

The Healing Springs is the easiest and cheapest way to cure a pet. The Wheel of Excitement has cured mine a few times but you have to make sure that that pet is your active one. When I first started out I would buy the cures but now, at three years, I just wait for them to get healed.

i try to avoid feeding my pets with anything spooky or poisonous. all the diseases i ever took were from those damn wheels. i immediately went and spend my money on the cures not even thinking of the healing springs lol. i used to only go there if i had hp problems, but now u mentioned it i think i will do it from now on everytime i will have a sick pet. thanks for posting this

Your welcome, I almost always feed them on free omlette, because I paid out a fortune for the Maraqua Restaraunt, and Dylan does not like sea weed, very expensive meal.
Free omlette, water or tea and send them on holiday for a treat :D

my pet once had ugga ugga, the sporkling syrup is very expensive, i neomail one seller of sporkling syrup but he told me that i could eat poisonous jelly to change my pet's ailment from ugga ugga to neomonia, but the cure is medicinal soap which is still expensive but way cheaper compared to sporkling syrup...

oooo thanks for that tip! :D I will remember that, although I will be very careful what omlettes they eat in future but I felt really cruel lol. Love my pets :D despite their conceited attitude they are still adorable. :D

I don't battle with my pet, so when it contracts a disease, I just let them be sick until the Healing Springs of the Wheel of Excitement or Knowledge heals them. It happens often enough, so I dont mind my pet being sick for a little while. I just play with them a little more and eventually they are happy again. Not like it matters. lol. They'll never actually 'die'. But, yeah, the cures are always expensive so I would just wait for a faerie to heal them.

Sometimes the Wheel of Excitement will heal your pet as well. Unless you battle with your pet I'd just give the Healing Springs time to heal the dreaded Ugga Ugga. I think their happiness level goes down, let them play with a few toys a few times and it will keep their happiness level up until they can heal.
Good luck with the Ugga Ugga

Thanks for that, I wondered why Dylan was not very happy, and yet Perry is ecstatic. Meerca's are very fussy about what they eat lol.
I spoil them rotten, toys, food, holiday's and games, doesn't matter sometimes they can be very concieted lol. Glad they do not have real petpets there would be cage fights lol.

My cousin's neopet got a bad case of Ugga Ugga, the medicine costs 350,000NP! The pet got it after watching a concert in Tyrannia.

I don't think my pets ever got diseases from food. mostly because I just stuck them in the neohotels or neolodges, whatever you call them. They would get fed everyday and it was supercheap.
