Though in terms of product range both CVS and Walgreens are the same but the difference is the customer service. Whenever I go to Walgreens I never find anybody from whom I can seek help and always need to go back to the counter incase I do not find things in a particular aisle. While in case of CVS you always find people around the store and they are much more willing to help their customers. Have you felt or exoperienced the same? I prefer CVS to Walgreens for this reason, how about you.

I really don't have a preference. I've only been to them both a few times. Each time I had a positive experience. Around Easter I was looking for Cadbury eggs but couldn't find them at the grocery store. I was very happy when Wallgreens had them in stock.

I used to go to Walgreens all the time. WE also got all our prescriptions from Walgreens. A few years ago when they were not honoring women's prescriptions for Plan B or birth control I wrote letters to the corporate office and pulled all of our prescriptions, which were around $4000/year for a place that honored a woman's rights over the whim of a pharmacist. I have not shopped at Walgreens since.
