I'm an insomniac. I hate it. I can't sleep for anything. I have tried everything. Does anyone know a real way of getting to sleep fast?

Gigglygrrl Yeah, since being diagnosed I have done my Master's degree, an additional gratuate certificate as well as my coursework for my PhD. I have used the insomnia to my advantage. But sometimes I just want to be normal and sleep without having to pop a pill.

Gigglygrrl I personally could never nor have ever used the term. I don't approve of the use of any racial slurs. But I do not feel that banning words is the right step. I understand certain communities wanting to "take back and reappropriate" certain terms such as this...

Gigglygrrl I watched a very dark but extremely funny show called Starved on FX. They talked about these Breathatarians and actually made an episode about them. It was hysterical! People, animals, etc need food. I do not buy into this at all. But it made for hilarious...

Gigglygrrl When I was in high school I would do close to 1000 sit-ups (various kinds) and 200 push-ups everyday. It was quite obsessive. I bet 200 of varying kinds will flatten you out. Unless you have the mom-pouch. That sometimes is only cured with a tummy tuck!

Gigglygrrl I got a used car when I was 16. My brothers also got a used car when they turned 16. I worked and so did my brothers. My sons are 8 but have already started saving for a car, actually it was grandpa's idea. They will probably end up with something pretty cool....

Gigglygrrl I think you ought to be her friend and give her a ride. You yourself said she was making a mistake. Now she is asking for help and admitting she made a mistake. But you want to punish her to gestate the pregnancy to prove some point of yours? That is crazy....
