what happens if you do more than 200 sit ups a day? Will you achieve a flat tummy?

When I was in high school I would do close to 1000 sit-ups (various kinds) and 200 push-ups everyday. It was quite obsessive. I bet 200 of varying kinds will flatten you out. Unless you have the mom-pouch. That sometimes is only cured with a tummy tuck!

I was a gymnast and a diver in high school. I started lifting weights when I was 11 years old and I wouldn't suggest it to any other girl. And if I had had girls instead of boys I would not have let them start lifting so early. I was obsessed to the point of it really being bad for me. Exercise in moderation is best.

You will probably destroy your back. Never stress your body too hard, remember to take breaks.

No...you have to do some other sort of cardio exersice also to get rid of the extra "junk". Good luck! I do sit-ups every day (at least 250) and don't get great results. But I still do them to keep my belly from getting any bigger =)

yea...it depends on how long u have to go and how much u have to get rid of. also the way ur doing them is important. if u are pulling ur neck up and ur elbows arent wide meaning not in front of u, on the side of u and when u go up pull urself up and literally look up to the ceiling when u do it,it will help u stay straight and go all the way up. make sure both ur feet are on the floor and when u situp get both ur shoulder off the floor and dont swing. im an expert at this lol.=)...good luck
