I really don't have any suggestions to over you, remedy wise, but I would recommend going to the doctors.
My family has a history of migraines. My mom gets them the worst. The doctors prescribed her medication to take, whenever she feels one coming on. See says that it really helps.
Good luck.

Oh do I ever feel for you . I was getting migraines really bad this summer and finally had to go see a specialist because I couldn't handle them on a day to day basis , they gave me cortizone shots in the back of my head and told me this would help the pain for a couple of years but I had to go back this year at Christmas time for a demerol shot because I had another one and now I am noticing I am getting headaches all the time . Only one migraine but it bothers me because I wasn't supposed to get any more for a couple of years .
Have you tried talking to your doctor about them , my doctor put me on a pill that I have to take every night before I go to bed , it is not addictive and it doesn't make you feel weird or anything like that (I hate feeling like I am not in control with most of the stuff they give out ).
I haven't found anything I can say that I find helps for sure but if I can't get to a hospital then I try to lay in a dark room with no light at all and have a really cold cloth on my forehead .

The only thing that worked for me was evey morning taking a tiny little bit od apple cider vinegar in water, this hase worked for me and several other people I have put onto it. I hope you can solve your problem I know how awful it can be.

If your migraines are this frequent, please go see a neurologist! I have migraines almost daily and I finally got a correct diagnosis before I had a stroke. Lots of people have a condition called pseudotumor cerebri. It is cause by excessive spinal pressure in the skull and can cause strokes and blindness. Even if your migraines are just migraines, get help. No one deserves to suffer!

I'm not sure what the medical system is like over there, but if I was having full blown migraines twice a week I'd be finding a way to check with a doctor. At that kind of frequency there are some other causes that need to be looked at and ruled out.
Short of that, I would eliminate as much stress as possible, eat as healthy as you can, rest enough every night, and above all make sure you're drinking enough water!
