Normal bai frate ca suntem europeni dar ... trebe cu intrarea in ue sa ne dea si noua detalii vorba ta....(Of course we are europeans but with the enter in europe we got to know some detalies and .... some books to sell with the new rules or somethink )

You are Europeans already! I expect your question really is, when will Romania have the same status as Britain, France and Germany. That will take some time, and will require some work from Romanians.
Remember that western europe has had to deal with the shock of 12 new countries joining the EU since 2004, and we've had to increase our payments to subsidise the new-comers (which comes out of the tax we pay). You will achieve respect if you make the most of the EU, they money you receive and the chance you are given and improve your country as fast as you can.
Look at the example of Ireland. They joined in 1973, and until 1993 they didn't achieve much, they wasted their time, and as a result they didn't command much respect from other EU members. But since then they have transformed their economy and now everyone respects them. Greece on the other hand joined in 1981 and still hasn't fulfilled her potential.
Hopefully Romania will be more like Ireland than Greece. It's really up to you, whether you become full Europeans and fulfil your potential. You have a window of opportunity of about 10 years (after that new countries will join the EU and the money will be redirected away from countries like Romania to the newcomers).

I see the romanians as europeans. But I am wonder if the Hungarians are seen as europeans... The europeans see us as europeans, but there are people in the world who do not even know what contries are in europe. In a discusson a man asked me if Hungary is a communist country. It was about 2 weeks ago!!!!! We are in Europen Union for 3 years!!! And in Hungary it is a democracy for 17 years. So probably the world needs time to know. Probably 100 years will be enough.

i think we are europeans but others have to change the thoughts about us...they don't want to see the true europeans from us..they see just the gypsies and the rest of negative things...they never want to look at the good part of us..yes we also need to change a little bit..:)

This quite a weird statement given that Romania is in Europe and it has always been in Europe ever since Europe was invented so to speak.
We've only recently been accepted in the EU but this doesn't mean that we weren't European before that. We weren't among the citizens of the EU but that's a hole other issue.
