My left knee hurts

It only hurts when I run, does anyone know why? Sometimes I still run on it because I love to run,,, but lately I have been pushing it to far, I think. Any suggestions or ideas?

Linux or Windows, wich one do you prefer/use?

I am certainly using windows but i tried a few linux operating systems, it's kinda hard working on it since it doesn't support .exe files (there is a program called 'wine', it runs .exe aplication) but still, i can't do with it...

G1na_P1sTol I prefer use windows ... and i usualy use windows because when i got the computer 8 years ago i have windows...and windows is the biggest company in the world isnt it ??you must use windows :D
