What's the best topping for toast / myLot

My favourite is Leatherwood Honey topped with tahini. Peanut Butter is good too on the honey but tahini is BEST!

I soak sundried tomatoes in lemon juice, and then blend them with butter, garlic and rosemary. I also add a little suger, salt and pepper. I like to have that on toast, sometimes with some cheddar cheese. I usually whip up a batch of this butter mix in the blender.

I just love butter and strawberry jam on toast. especially if toast is warm What is tahni?

Oh yessss home made strawberry jam is wonderful too! Tahini is a type of spread made from ground sesame seeds - it has the consistency of runny honey You can get it from supermarkets or healthfood shops or make your own if you have a seed grinder and add a little sesame oil.
