I use an Oral-B electric toothbrush. I have been using it for about 4 years now. From the first time, I could tell that my teeth felt cleaner. It was able to reach places that a normal toothbrush only glossed over. The rotating head seemed to lift things off my teeth that would have normally been left behind. I can also tell a difference with I change to a new head. It works better than the old one. I highly recommend using one. I don't think it's a matter of laziness at all, it's a matter of cleaner teeth.

i used one for a while but went back to using a manual. I found that the head on the electric one was too small and it took ages to clean my whole mouth.

I prefer the small head, because it reaches the backside of my teeth deep inside

I strongly doubt it,but dont opposite using it.My girlfriend is rather concerned how properly it cleans ya teeth. She's ready to spend £70 on it.Does it worth it?Hardly. But if it makes me happy let it be :-)

I would not spend L70 on it. It is available from 3500ft. what is about L10.

My wife and I love these things. I would never go back to a regular toothbrush again. They are fun and they clean really well.

I think that electric toothbrushes are better than normal ones because they clean your teeth better, and are easier to use, especially if u are a lazy person like i am.

i think an electronic toothbrush gives you a better dental hygiene than the manual variants . if the brusher enjoys brushing better with the an electronic toothbrush and brushes with more carefully more often it improve significantly your mouth hygiene. some people are perfectly content with their manual toothbrush and they dont think to try something else.

I use an eletric toothbrush - I think it is better. It moves more quickly than the human hand can.

I have read somewhere recently that they are actually better for cleaning the teeth. I have one and for some reason I quit using it and went back to the regular toothbrush. I don't even remember why. Probably just habit.

I agree totally with jayperiod. The head is smaller and rotates to lift debris from between teeth. Teeth do benefit and your gums too are getting a good massage. You just can't beat them.....(like the wife lol)

When I was a kid I had an electronic Mickey Mouse toothbrush *laugh* THat may be the only one that I ever had. I can't remember any real advantages to it. I haven't had one in a long time and I don't mind using a regular toothbrush for my teeth cleaning needs. *laugH* ^_^
