pravda1 I have first hand knowledge on this... my cholesterol was at 300... so I went to my doctor which signed me up for lipator. It reduced my level to 250. Now I'm off of lipator and I'am eating more healthy...like oatmeal or buckwheat for breakfast. No more fast...

Have you ever seen a Tornado?

It has been a long time but when I was young I saw a couple of funnel/tornados. Funnel are the ones that do not touch the ground. Living in North Texas we get quite a few of them.... Just wanted to hear from my friends!!!

I use hand sanitizer everyday because I cannot afford to be sick. I use it when we go to the store to clean the shopping cart handle! If you use sanaitizer tell me the ways that you use it!
