Garlic is the BEST cure for cholesterol. Eat one garlic bud in breakfast. That will just subside your cholesterol. And rigorous walk will also help. Keep checking your cholesterol. I think one month garlic treatment will do. Avoid Egg yolk! Just have egg twice a week that also without yolk! Avoid gravy and oil in food! all the best

I have first hand knowledge on this... my cholesterol was at 300... so I went to my doctor which signed me up for lipator. It reduced my level to 250. Now I'm off of lipator and I'am eating more healthy...like oatmeal or buckwheat for breakfast. No more fast food burgers and fries and my level is down to 210... Just eat in moderation, and exercise!
