pravda1 I have first hand knowledge on this... my cholesterol was at 300... so I went to my doctor which signed me up for lipator. It reduced my level to 250. Now I'm off of lipator and I'am eating more healthy...like oatmeal or buckwheat for breakfast. No more fast...

pravda1 While I'm not an expert, I had plenty of days that were not so good. There is a good little book that helped me the title is "the power of positive thinking" Fight it!!! there are so many good things in this world no matter what you read or hear!
