u don't have to pay anything when u start bidding, it's free. but once ur bid is accepted then u should be paying them

DO u mean that u buy something on ebay and u want to pay for seller? u can use paypal. If u want to create an account on ebay, u don`t have to pay for ebay. Join them free!

no you do not have to pay for EBAY. I have made many purchases and the only time you have to pay for something is obviously when you buy

There is no charge to sign up for an ebay account. I have made purchases from ebay and there is no charge for that either. I am not sure about selling on ebay though, they may charge a small fee to sell or set up a store through their site. You should be able to find out by visiting the site and looking through their FAQ's.
