How to activate paypal without disclosing bank account or credit card number?

You could also get the PayPay debit card and use it just like the debit card for your banking account. You can use it for purchases and even take money out of PayPal at an atm. I always run it through as credit when using it for a purchase becasue I get cash back for doing that. I am not sure of the rules for who can and who can't get a card because I got mine a long time ago. I just know that on the left hand side of the site when I was logged into my account there was a link to get the debit card so I did. You do need to have a Premier or Business account in order to get the card, but they are free to open or upgrade to.

i dont think that you can,paypal need that info to send you your money.because they dont send out checks

You can have a payal account WITHOUT a bank account O_O You just can't have the money sent to you, you can still use it to buy something online if you wished. That's how i have mine set up. :)

u have to put ur details its necessary because by using it paypal sends u the money as above mentioned. But u can verify ur paypal account without using ur credit card number.Instead of using credit card u have to use vcc(virtual credit card number ) by which u can get verify in paypal account,it is the best way.

you paypal account is linked to your bank account. you can not have a paypal account without linking them together. sorry
