temptation?

God does not tempt. Man is tempted by the lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes, and pride of life which are all of Satan. These three are all present in the temptation of Eve to eat the fruit of the tree to know good and evil. Temptation is not the sin; the sin is the act resultant from the temptation. The tempter is the devil. When we do something brought about by such temptation, then we sin. In the case of Eve and Satan, Satan tempted Eve and whatever temptation Satan did, if Eve did not succumb to the temptation of Satan, she would not have sinned.

Well, I believe that temptation is not bad at all. It is just there...now, it is up to man whether he will be tempted or not. It doesn't do anything bad. It's just a means of testing us how strong our faith is in order to overcome it.
