Simply because dysmenorrhea is a condition marked by painful menstruation. Boys don't suffer from dysmenorrhea because they dont have menstruation. ^^
Dont fret and think that it's unfair. The male counterpart of it is circumsition.. LOLS! Their only advantage is that they only get hurt by circumsition once in their entire life unlike us girls who suffer from dysmenorrhea every month. But not all girls have dysmenorrhea, right?

Dysmenorrhea literally means "painful menstruation". Boys do not experience menstrual cycles, they do not menstruate, only girls do. All right?
