in my opinion monarchy system is the badest form of government. it should be socialism becaus ein this the normal public gets chance to select it's government . but their should be only two party . but here in india there are too many parties to select from.

I come from the US, so I of course think democracy works out great. We are a very prosperous country, even though we might not be the most popular in the world. It is a great system that has it flaws, as do all systems, but for the most part, it does a great job and I am sure will be the government system that we use for a very long time, unless someone can prove they have a better one.

I don't think there is a best. None are perfect. USA seems to be best, but has a lot of flaws. At least we are free though, and can maybe change things, we have the freedom.

I think the best system of government would be absolute monarchy by an aboslutely perfect monarch, who would be committed to justice, liberty, peace, and love.
But until He comes back, we have to be ruled by imperfect men and women. So the best form of government is one that balances man's inherent desire to selfishness and bent to evil with government's inherent desire to absolute power. A constitutional democracy seems to best satisfy these requirements right now.
btw, both brit parliament and american congress are representative democratic systems.
