Lousy drunk loud neighbors

I have some neighbors that are always getting drunk and being loud in the middle of the night. They will fight, and use fowel language. They even drink in the morning. One time my husband saw the guy urinating on his own house before noon while he had my 3 year old outside. He later got arrested that day for drunken disorderly conduct after my husband went to the Sheriffs office to complain. Apparently later, the guy drove his truck into a ditch and that is when he was caught. What would you do in a situation like this?
