California is apparently considering a bill that would make it illegal to spank children under 3 years old. I'm not sure what to make of it. While I disagree with spanking, and I'm not sure how much of an impression it makes...

natfly2000 No I do not believe that spanking should be banned. I believe that with some children, that is the meathod of disciplin that will work and may be the only method that will work. I have tried it on my preschooler though, and it does not work. Time outs work a...
