The first things I see are his eyes and his smile. You can tell alot about a person by their eyes. But then I see the personality and ultimately thats what attracts me, both physically and mentally. The better the personality the more attractive the person becomes physically....the worse the personality the less appealing they become.

This answer applies to me. The more I respect and admire someone for their personality and actions, the more physically attractive they seem to me. A little of the right romantic ingredients can make an otherwise unsightly birthmark seem like a gorgeous beauty mark. It can make that pudgy pale guy two cubicles to your left seem pretty cute and cuddly. :)

eyes, speaking voice, choice of words, shoulders, hands... hmm, i take note of a lot of things at first meeting. i guess the hottest and sexiest guy is the one who can talk about anything under the sun without being arrogant and condescending.
