there are plenty of exercises you can do to increase your vertical. using a jump rope, and jumping about 1,000 times a day (it may seem like alot but it really isnt) is probly the cheapest and most effiecnt way of increasing your vertical leap. there are books written about it, one is written by tim grover, the trainer of michael jordan. look on amazon for it, its written by tim grover. if you go on eastbay.com there are shoes that you can order, along with an entire program that is guarenteed to increase your vertical by 6 to 10 inches. they are called strength shoes. hope i helped you out. peace.
