mburgbballa2133 if you need help on your vertical leap, there are many exercises you can do. one, you can start with simple exercises. i must say though, results will not come over night, and you will only get out of it what you put into it. that being said, jumping rope is...

mburgbballa2133 my best game was a 32 point performance. i also went 7 or 10 from threepoint land, had 14 rebounds and 11 assists. triple double...all in a days work.

mburgbballa2133 if you play online alot, you can attach your usb keyboard to your ps2 and type messages rather then having to use the on screen keyboard...
