First you should try to find out if she likes you. Send her messages and talk to her. Ask her about her interests. . Does she like the same thing you like? After some time and if you find out you two are compatible and she likes you then express your feelings of love to her. The worst that she can do is tell you she doesn't feel the same for you. But unless you try you will never know.
