Do you have any famous relatives?

Are you related to anyone famous whether dead or alive? Is there someone in your family tree who was famous? Personally, I don't know of anyone famous in my family tree, though my great, great grandmother married the Italian Ambassador to Ireland and she was supposedly in line to the English throne (as they were in those days).
The closest relative to fame I have is my sister-in-law who is a direct descendant to one of the Popes (one of the Pius, but don't know which one). In those days the Popes had regular mistresses when they weren't raping and pilaging their way through the world.
So who's lurking in your family closet? Any skeletons?

I have a few in my family.
My dad's mum was a Spencer as in Dianna Spencers dads cousin.
My mum's mum is Rolf Harris's cousin.
My son and daughters grandmother is an Attenborough, so therefore related to Sir Richard and David Attenborough.
Im also related to Western Australia's TV weatherman/ex-V-Capri lead singer Todd Johnston
Im sure we have more I just cant think of them right now

My great grandfather was Michael Kennedy who was killed by Ned Kelly in thw Wombat Rangers. I can't remember who played him in the latest movie, but John Laws played him in the movie staring Mick Jaggar as Ned.

If you ask your parents who Camillo Benso di Cavour was, they will answer to you that he was a politician who worked very much for the unification of Italy. He is a very famous and important person here in Italia.
Well, one of Cavour's niece was an ancestor of mine. A Southern Italy forefather of mine went to the Nothern Italy because of his work and that girl fell in love for him, so they went to live in the Southern Italy.

Yes, I have a cousin who's famous here in my country. He's a young, intelligent and handsome man. He's an actor and has won best actor. He is dennis trillo and a lot of girls admire him..

umm i dont have any one in my family but i know a couple of people who are also my friends. There was one Roshan Bhatti who was very famous for astrology and he had a famous personlity indeed and i have personally met him :)

There are none that I know of....but I don't know much about our family tree and how far it goes back. That would be cool to be related to someone famous, especially one that was still alive. You could go to them for money, haha no I'm just kidding. If there was one I would choose to be related to, I would want it to be someone who has done something good for the world. Someone who's made a difference.
