I've noticed that pets act a little strange. My cats for example run around with this wild look in their eyes as if they're on some sort of a mission. It's cute

I had relatives who worked at an elderly home... they all said that they would come in in the day time and by night fall they knew if there was a full moon because the elderly went CRAZY! I have also heard the same about the E.R.

Well, I've seen people get into such silly arguments. The ability to disagree rationally is definitely diminished. People get into physical fights more often, too. It just brings out the "stupid" in some people! LOL

I haven't personally noticed anything butmy partner works with mentally disabled people and he has said that some of them need extra care at full moons and that is when many are likely to have fits, etc. This is where werewolves come from. Before mental illnesses were recognised, people would become very different an often "mad" during a full moon and they were thought to be werewolves. Now though, these illnesses are recognised and understood.

I know there are people who would still think this stuff was suspicion and old wives tales but if you think about it, we know scientifically that the moon controls the tides. As we are made up mainly of water (I can't remember the exact percentage but I think it's something like 70%) then there is no reason to disbelieve that the moon can not also control our behaviour.

My neighbor is a retired policeman and I remember when it was time for a full moon he would say it would be a crazy and weird night to work. As for me, I havent noticed anything except how beautiful the moon is.

I've heard this for years but don't think there has ever been any scientific facts proving it. Or maybe there is and I've never read it anywhere.

legends and tales have it that weird things happen on a full moon. in real life, i haven't proven this to be true yet. a friend of mine who was to go into business was advised to have the formal opening of her business on a full moon. i didn't know why, perhaps, just another wise man's tale?

When I was a teenager, my mom always said if I was going to get fed up or cross with someone it was at full moon. I never realised it until she told me. Now if I feel bit offish or irritated I look at the moon to see if it is full. It usually is.
